I just read your blog on sailing, and I too have a dream of sailing the Caribbean. It will not be too for off.
I am retired now and have the money saved up to buy my sail boat. I will be 63 in a week and am in good health. I'm having a hard time deciding what kind of boat to buy. I am looking at a used 1979 37' Island Trader. I don't have any sailing experience ether but I have sailed on Navy ships Twice to the Caribbean and three times to the Mediterrian.I feel like I will make the "Escape" this spring. Richard
